Elements

It is an educational method with a direct approach to Emotional Intelligence. Through this, we develop language tool with which the student will be able to identify grammar tenses for using them in a natural way.

In the beginning our method doesn't foster vocabulary acquisition and is quite free regarding class correction through the teachers since we count with the association board with which we practice Self-correction.

Self-Correction

The purpose of the Sefl-correction is that the student identifies his/her mistakes using symbols and specific signs that the teachers uses during the class and through which the student identifies his/her mistakes and creates solutions using his/her board.

Timeline

This is the principal basis of our method. The Timeline is an association graphic which strictly refers to a horizontal RED line and has on the left side a button meaning Past Tense, a button in the middle meaning Present Tense and finally a button on the right meaning Future Tense.

At the upper part of the board we have a GREEN rectangle called ACTION, and we use it to express any verb, followed by a BLUE rectangle called TOOLS that is used to work with the different auxiliaries that are needed for building language basis.

Finally, at the upper left part of the board we'll find an ORANGE triangle called “S” which is used for modifying verbs.

This buttons and colors process provides the student a mental guide through which the knowledge acquisition has an emotional impact and a unique storage form.

Furthermore, the labor of our teachers is to work with ideas and experiences of the student him/herself, and that makes our system incomparable for each of them.

In class

The board is placed on the work table and the student is encouraged to communicate simple ideas such as habits, activities during the weekend or plans for the future. This way, we're working with the 3 basic tenses without the student being aware of grammatical rules or difficult structures.

At the same time they have a visual and physical contact with their board, this means that if we're working on a phrase like “YESTERDAY” I went to the movies the student will make contact with the left part of his/her board and then he/she could continue in the middle if the expression is in Simple Present: I play tennis “EVERYDAY”

In the same way, the expression of any other idea can be worked on this board, creating a long-lasting impact for the construction of ideas through associated language.

Later on, after the student achieves this association and doesn't depend any longer on the board, the physical contact turns into GESTURES which will work exactly the same for us throughout the course. For copyright concerns our information has been reduced.
